Returns and Exchanges
In case you want to modify or cancel the item/items ordered before you receive the shipping confirmation e-mail, contact us at: info@lappelduvide.gr After the shipping of your order, we cannot make any changes to your order. If the order has been shipped and you no longer want it, please return your order. Please see our return policy for more details.
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 7 working days from the date you received it.
You have the right to return the products you purchased without having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 7 days from the date you receive them. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, along with your retail receipt or invoice. Please ensure that the returned items are clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed.
Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.
In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 15 days from the date we shall receive the product. If the reason for returning a product lies with a company’s error, L;appel du vide undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 2-3 working days, for returns within Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki couriers, or within 5-6 working days, for returns outside Greece. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us. When we will receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing in approximately 5-6 working days.
Products can be changed with any available size or type. If you wish to change a product purchased from L’appel du vide’s e-shop of another size or color, please contact us by e-mail at info@lappelduvide.gr
Refunds are made immediately when returning items are received and checked (1-3 business days). Refunds are only made on your original credit card or bank account used to pay the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card. If the purchase is made by cash, the amount of the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
